Everything! Room very comfortable and clean. Quiet, great location, excellent restaurant downstairs. Great decor. We loved all the old photos of Newcastle and the flamingo paintings in the lift!!! We were given an upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine! Light rail right outside the door!

The ocean view was delightful. The room was comfortable. The excellent restaurant meant we did not have to go out on an exceptionally hot evening. We loved access to the beach and Newcastle baths plus walks down Bather's Way and to Nobbys headland. Wonderful location.
