I liked the entire experience at the hotel, especially the genuinely hospitable staff who assisted me with all I required, and more. I loved the breakfast with array of traditional Bulgarian dishes, all very tasty and presented in an inviting way, with additional touch of soft music and creatively painted interior. Happy hour from 6 to 8 pm is another highlight of staying there, with lovely snacks and beverages being offered by the hotel. When it comes to my room, I was very pleased with its size and, in particular, a lovely balcony. Location could not have been better as Vitosha street is only minutes away, as well as many other landmarks easy to reach, as well as metro.

The hotel is full renovated, therefore all is new, the smell is pleasant, the furniture quality is above medium, the bathroom is spotless. The room have had a big double bed and 2 single beds, the space being big enough for us (we are a family with 2 children). Most important, during our stay the night temperatures were below 0 degree, but in the room was warm thanks to the heating system who can be easy set from the wall controller. The room was cleaned and towels were changed during our stay of 4 days (towels twice). Breakfast is very good, we found what we like, there is also coffee machine (very good cappuccino). When the hotel is at full capacity, it can be a bit crowded in the breakfast room, but we were always there around 8:30 and it was free (from 9 am onwards it became more crowded). we parked the car in the underground parking lot (for a fee, around 10-15 euro per day). The metro station is only 3 minute away on foot, but the downtown is also reachable in a 20-30 minute stroll. The value for money of this hotel is invincible.

What a fantastic hidden gem! For someone from Sofia, I had zero expectations from an aparthotel as nothing beats the home coziness. Wrong! The staff was so incredibly accommodating, and the facilities are so comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtful that it made my stay extremely pleasant. Special compliments to the breakfast team for their true care for customers. I witnessed a client who was fasting and was not 100% satisfied with the choice, and she was given an immediate solution in the friendliest possible manner. The variety and quality at breakfast were excellent. Don't expect massive food stations like in a chain hotel because the hotel only has a few rooms, so unnecessary food waste was considered. The cleaning service was superb, and I don't remember the last time I stayed in a cleaner hotel. The bed was comfortable, the storage was exuberant, and the balcony was a great plus. I would recommend this hotel to solo travellers and families and would definitely book again.
