Location, clean comfortable rooms, kind staff, pool

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Cassis. Although we experienced an issue with our room upon arrival, Rémy immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks to his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests, he arranged an upgrade that made our stay truly memorable. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. The hotel is well located, comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming, but Rémy, Ugo and Stephane’s exceptional service was the highlight of our visit. Thank you for turning a potential disappointment into a fantastic stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

The view was spectacular. The hotel is directly across the street from a beautiful swimming beach. It was about a 10 minute walk to the town. The restaurant just below the hotel was fabulous. Loved sitting on our balcony looking out onto the beach and and surrounding hills.

Great location! Although I did not hike, the property is a short drive to Cassis. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating!

this is our second stay, it's a wonderful setting with comfortable and spacious rooms, the pool is fabulous, and the location is superb. Also offered a lovely breakfast buffet

Beautiful attention to visuals, both interior and stunning exterior landscaping. Pleasant poolside options plus outdoor ping pong, bowling, and even a fitness room. Mornings started with a breakfast hamper on our balcony were a delight as we looked over fabulous views of the valley and cliffs.

Really great apartment right in the middle of the beach and restaurants, but quiet and comfortable. Spacious place with a comfortable bed. We got good recommendations and help with whatever we needed from our hostess. La Ciotat is a pretty place with great beaches and good walking. We came on an extremely busy holiday (Labor Day-May 1st) but were helped and accommodated.

It's in walking distance (1 minute) to an amazing beach (Plage du Bestouan). The water is ice cold and feels amazing on the body. The breakfast was fresh and very good. We will never forget the Joghurt. It was produced locally.

Great facilities with pool and nice view

The room is very big and comfortable, the beds as well. The staff is very friendly. There is parking available and within the hotel which is very practical especially if you are coming with big suitcases... The location is perfect. It can't be better really. We didn't take the breakfast so we cannot say any about it.

Excellent location staff very friendly and helpful

Was by far the nicest place we stayed, of hotels in France. Seemed much more upscale then other Best Westerns we have stayed over the years in the US (where we are from). Super accommodating evening check on desk clerk. Helped us with a lot of questions we had about the area. Dont remember his name but he was there in the evenings!… Thank you
