Location was excellent: a modern hotel hidden in the small streets and alleys of old Rouen. The room was big enough for us to write and draw as well as relax. The Breakfast was varied: I enjoyed the fruits and crepes especially. The cleaning of the room was also done efficiently and at the same time--so we could predict when we needed to be gone.

Located in the historic center of Rouen, Hôtel Littéraire Gustave Flaubert, BW Signature Collection, offers accommodations with a literary theme in honor of the writer Gustave Flaubert.

Everything! Location in the middle of old town set back from the street by traditional timbered tunnel. Gorgeous literary decor with booklets in English to give background of famous French writers. Adjacent to Jeanne d'Arc Square, a 5 minute walk to Rouen Cathedral, 15 minute walk to train station and Beaux Arts Museum. 3 minute walk in the other direction to the Seine and lovely sunsets on public benches on the statues bridge. Outstanding staff - they brought us plates and spoons one evening for us to share pastries with a friend in the beautiful lobby. They provide large decanters of still or sparkling water on demand. In our 4 weeks touring France this has been our most luxurious stay at economy prices. Very comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. This is a gem.

This boutique hotel is located in Rouen’s historic center, next to the Gros Horloge and 1.2 mi from Kindarena Stadium.

Lovely location very central to everything and a great view out over the courthouse. The staff were very helpful and kept my backpack for me behind the bar in the restaurant, before check-in and after checkout, they also let me check in early. My room was small but tidy and really comfortable. There was very little street noise.

Such a cute little spa hotel with the perfect relaxing vibe. The heated pool is a major plus, and the massages were honestly amazing — instant vacation mode activated. Breakfast is simple but tasty and does the job perfectly. The location is also great: just a few minutes’ walk to local restaurants and the beautiful ruins of Abbaye de Jumièges. Definitely a lovely spot for a chill getaway in Normandy!

I loved the whole vibe of the place, as if you were staying at a friend's country estate. Tea and coffee set out in the games room, where you can play pool. Dogs allowed everywhere. Old jazz standards playing tin the dining room. Lovely staff. Grand, but very informal. The building, itself. The grounds are wonderful - we went on a big walk with our dog. And of course... those views!!!!!!
