Great staffs. Can’t believe I didn’t ask for their name but the lady who checked me in to the man who helped me with late checkout were so professional and approachable which is so rare now a days which is only to praise. I asked for iron board and was delivered in no time. After checkout I spent over an hour in bar area before my meeting and the lad on bar was so polite and helpful . Not to forget to mention , unlike the corporate hotels who have forgotten hospitality in name of green washing Humber Royal was different . If had two water bottles in the room and nice toiletries in bathroom. I must mention the room , bed and bathroom were really clean despite the outside brutal architecture. 😇

We loved the beautiful building and the close location to the sea and food/ pub establishments. Super clean and lovely bedding. The staff did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. We had a beautiful balcony off of our room which was lovely. Would love to visit this amazing hotel again for a much longer stay. It was awesome!👏
