Very comfortable property in fantastic location. The rooftop was incredible for sunsets and taking in the town. We loved exploring the surrounding streets for dinners and souvenires, and the locals were so friendly.

The staff and overall atmosphere at this location were simply amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff members. I felt genuinely welcomed. The food was pretty tasty and there was plenty of variety. I cannot rave enough about this property. The grounds are beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

A very good accommodation in Bali. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Everything in the room was clean, the cleaning was done every day, and the towels were changed every 3 days. Also the air conditioning was strong enough to cool the room, the bed was comfortable and the room is equipped with everything you need (kitchen accessories, microwave, fridge, stove, kettle). The nearest beach is Varkotopos (3 min walk), also very close to the accommodation is the station of the little train that makes the tour of Bali and a mini market.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area right on the beach and with excellent restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries close by. Nice pool and bar area with garden well maintained. Ilias and Maria were very helpful and welcoming. 30-40 mins walk to Old Town although there are plenty of taxis at each end of the beach road - 7/8 Euros

I had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Hotel. The room was spotless, and the hotel’s location is perfect—right next to the beach. We used the beachfront sunbeds and simply informed the staff that we were guests of Palm Beach Hotel; for three people, they charged us only €7.50 thanks to a 50% discount. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of traditional Cretan dishes that really added to the experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I had an issue with a transfer I had booked through Booking.com. The transfer company, Canet Travel, falsely claimed that the driver was on time, even though we had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes and no one showed up. Despite this, they attempted to charge the full transfer fee. Fortunately, I had proof that we were there on time, and with the assistance of the hotel staff, I was able to communicate this to both Booking.com and Canet Travel. The staff went above and beyond to support me, contacting Canet Travel directly and helping to send the necessary evidence. Thanks to their help, I received a full refund.
