Absolute perfection! Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and breathtaking views. Our stay at this place was absolutely flawless in every way, but what truly sets it apart is the incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere. From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and special – this level of customer service is a rare gem these days! Another massive highlight was the delicious and varied breakfast, prepared with great care. Every morning started with a fantastic meal while enjoying a beautiful, picturesque view that we will remember for a very long time. This is one of those rare places that truly has a soul and where you want to return with your eyes closed. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway surrounded by wonderful people. We will definitely be back!

A fantastic welcome from the excellent staff at this family owned place. It's not a resort in the package holiday sense of the word which makes it much better in my opinion. rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant was also fantastic for both dinner and breakfast.

Resort is amazing, and staff is warm and welcoming. About 20 minutes from Heraklion airport. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a room with a sliding door and two rooms with 1 king and 2 twins with a balcony overlooking the pool and partial ocean view. We stayed at the end of March, the weather was touch and go, some days warm and sunny, others cool and cloudy. The high season began April 1, so some restaurants and the waterpark were closed. The pools were available, but water was ice cold. We didn't mind. My son is 11 and could not use the gym, have to be 15 and up, however, there were other activities like basketball and soccer. Food is all-inclusive, had something for everyone. If you forget to pack something, they have an onsite supermarket with pretty reasonable prices. Lastly, cats, you will see them, about 3 or 4 that hang around. Not too aggressive, but definitely waited for food. There is a sister resort next door that Lyttos guests have access to.

The stuff was very helpful. I can't eat gluten, and they prepare special pastries for me and sandwiches to go. It was more than I expected. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was exeptionaly good. 20 min walk from the old center.

The hotel rooms, facilities, views, grounds, staff, and location were all amazing. We stayed in a Sunset Room, which was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping service was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel’s interior was beautiful, and we especially loved the breakfast setting and buffet. It was such a relaxing atmosphere that you could easily spend two hours enjoying breakfast without feeling rushed. The beach area was gorgeous, with a private sandy beach that never felt overcrowded. It was always easy to find a place to relax. We especially loved the beach sofas—they were incredibly comfortable and a great alternative to the sunbeds if they were occupied. The beach service was excellent, with food and drinks served promptly. We had lunch twice at the seafood restaurant on the beach, and both meals were fantastic. The lobster pasta and tomato carpaccio were especially delicious and highly recommended. We also had dinner once at the hotel’s main restaurant, where breakfast is served. It offers a buffet-style dinner with live entertainment, which created a lovely atmosphere. While the food was okay & can be improved. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the town, but we preferred taking a taxi each time. The hotel staff would arrange one for us, and it always arrived quickly. In town, there was always a taxi queue with available cars to take us back to the hotel, so transportation was never an issue. When we visited Elounda, which is farther away, the restaurants there were also happy to call a taxi for us. Overall, this is the kind of hotel you don’t want to leave. We hardly did, except to head into town for dinner. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
