I had trouble figuring out where to park my car and the staff was so patient and kind with my confused phone calls. My room was upgraded to a lovely suite and I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and the morning breakfast.

The location and the hotel is amazing. The center is just there around the corner and the best part is that hotel offers their own parking, charges extra but the price was reasonable, 10eur per day. The breakfast was amazing, huge variety of food and everything we tried was so tasty, especially homemade local yogurth from goat milk. Lots of fruits and veggies, and the cretan pie was delicious.

Porto Veneziano Hotel enjoys a privileged location on the waterfront of Chania's Old Venetian harbor.

Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.

Dyo Suites is located in Rethymno Town, just steps from the sandy beach and a 16-minute walk from the scenic old town.

Beautiful property located in Chania Old Town. There is no elevator but the staff will assist with your luggage. The staff was attentive and very eager to help. The breakfast buffet was filling and had great choices. I enjoyed my stay!
