The location is inside the Bhaktapur heritage site, so a Bhaktapur Durbar Square ticket is necessary, but I think it’s worth it. For most travelers, the heritage site is probably one of the main reasons to be here. The decoration and wooden stairs also match the town’s vibe really well. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. The breakfast platter was pretty good, and I enjoyed chatting with another guest while eating. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly, they helped me print my flight confirmation letter, which was a big help for my next trip. I really appreciated their support. One thing travelers should consider: the hotel is very close to Durbar Square, which wakes up earlier than I do 😄. I could hear the Taleju Bell and the march of a local orchestra. For me, it was a bonus, I got to experience more of Bhaktapur. But if you're hoping to sleep in, it’s something to think about. That said, Bhaktapur is much quieter at night compared to Thamel in Kathmandu, so it might be a good idea to sleep a bit earlier and wake up early to enjoy the town’s energy from dawn.
