The staff were absolutely lovely. Food (daily breakfasts and our 3 course Thanksgiving dinner) was delicious (congrats to the chef) and wine time with aperitif trolley every afternoon in the cozy lounge by the fire was the icing on the cake. We loved this place!

The house we stayed in, #16, was furnished very nicely and decorated with items from Western NC. It also had a large, fully furnished kitchen with a Kurig, which was wonderful having coffee quickly. There was a great assortment of board games that our grandchildren really enjoyed. There was also an outside porch swing and a tree swing that our grandchildren loved!

Beds & rooms spacious and the pool area is well designed, relaxing and full of seating. We loved the in lobby pool table and hotel bar. Staff so friendly and helpful!
