The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Elegantly renovated old castle. We had a room with a lake view as requested. Lift to the door. Staff were bery professional and the room lovely. No noise at night. Lovely pedestrian and cycle way along the lakefront. Ferry services almost at your door and metro to the rest of lausanne. Olympic museum short walk away Staff even organised chocolates for my birthday Easy parking for next tour guide to pick us up at the door.

Located between Yverdon and Lausanne close to the E23 / A9 motorway, the Hotel Le Funi de Cossonay offers free parking on site and free internet access in all rooms. The location of the Hotel is very near my intended purpose in Cossonay. The terrace at the back of the hotel is very beautiful. The hotel is accessible and the room view is superb. The breakfast is also good. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
