Hotel Maximilian’s is a historic hotel located in the heart of Augsburg, a 10-minute walk from the Fuggerei Museum. It features elegant rooms and suites and a restaurant with show kitchen. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious with a big bath. The location is perfect, just in the center of the city. Breakfast was okay.

Set in Würzburg’s historic centre, this traditional 4-star hotel near the Congress Centrum is just an 8-minute walk from attractions including the Residenz palace. Lovely owners and lovely hotel within easy walking distance of city center. Very clean hotel and comfy big room. Wi-Fi is good. Even though near road it is still very quiet. Parking is tight and limited but owner text to say available before arrival which was very thoughtful. I would definitely stay again as the owners are so nice and make you feel so welcome.

Set in a 12th-Century building, this hotel offers spa facilities and elegant rooms overlooking gardens and the beautiful Tauber Valley. It stands on the edge of Rothenburg’s Medieval town centre. The visit to the place was an extraordinary experience. The building is magnificent, and the location is quiet, with a stunning view. The room is fantastic, clean, large, and, above all, very quiet. The building's location allows for parking and walking tours of the area. The breakfast is very varied. The view from the breakfast room is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with everything.

This family-run hotel offers free WiFi in all areas and rooms with balconies overlooking the Allgäu Alps. It was the most satisfying hotel of my seven nights in southern Germany and I wanted to stay one more night, and the room was pretty and especially the elaborate breakfast was impressive. The yard next to the hotel is lovely, too. I really want to stay again when I come to Füssen.
