Venecia Plaza Centro is situated in Valencia's main square, la Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 5 minutes' walk from Estació del Nord Train Station. The location couldn't have been better right in the middle of everything. The room was very clean & spacious and it had an excellent view looking over the square. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Wifi worked fine and shower pressure was good. The beds were on the harder side.

All I can say is that from the minute we arrived (before even entering the hotel) we were greeted with enthusiasm and positivity. This did not change throughout our stay. From the concierge, front desk staff, hotel porter, every single person made it a very comfortable experience. I locked my key in the room - Not an issue, the concierge made a new one within minutes so I wouldn't have to wait. I needed some documents printed out - No issue, front desk staff had it done in seconds. All this was done with a smile on their faces, and not a fake one either. Everyone seemed genuinely pleased to see us every time we walked passed them in the foyer or even the cleaning staff in the hallway.
