Excellent choice of breakfast. Friendliness of owners who went out of their way to make the stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast is simple , but more than adequate. There is some residual noise due to the location, nothing that earplugs couldn't control. 20 minute walk from Trent Bridge. Overall excellent value.
