The staff was incredibly friendly, they let us check in early, I had told them when I booked that it was my sister's birthday, when we arrived to the room they had personalized "Happy Birthday" greetings written on the window, and a delicious chocolate cake set out with card. Restaurant was very good, we got spa treatments which were wonderful! Pool area is beautiful. Room was large, huge bathroom and very comfortable beds!

Located in the heart of Central Jakarta by the famous Bundaran HI, Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta offers 5-star accommodation with sweeping views of the city’s skyline. The location was just behind Grand Indonesia. So that was nice. I managed to do my last minute shopping there without a hassle. At first, if you have the means, please upgrade your room with the view of Bulatan HI. It was exceptionally good. The room was spacious and super worth the money. Will stay here again if I come over to Jakarta again.

Although my trip started with an unfortunate incident—my phone was stolen on the first day—the hotel staff immediately went above and beyond to support me. Melanie and Stephanie from the reception team personally helped me purchase a new phone, assisted with the SIM card process, and even helped me recover my data. Nikodemus not only arranged transportation and handled security matters with great care, but also kindly invited me to the 26th floor to ease the stress of the situation. His assistance, even during my departure, was truly remarkable. The professionalism and warmth of the entire team, from the lobby and security staff to the restaurant personnel, made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The restaurant deserves special praise—the food and service were exceptional. On top of that, the gym and pool facilities are among the finest I have encountered, even when compared with top 5-star hotels worldwide. Given that my company works closely with WSBK and Formula 1, I am often evaluating hotels globally, and this property stands out as one of the very best. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality, impeccable organization, and heartfelt care. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my colleagues and collaborators, and I look forward to returning in the future.
