This is a lovely hotel, but the biggest thing I LOVE is the level of attention to detail in customer service, especially from house keeping. I noticed numerous personal touches to my room over time with hand written cards - it was a delightful experience. I wish I could have stayed longer

Resort is located right at the city centre which is easy to access local market area.
The play pool has limited slides but its fun as it has seperate pool and a jacuzzi !!!

This was incredible from check in to check out. An actual full service luxury heritage hotel. Easily the best experience I’ve had in a hotel in customer service ever.
Sure it helps we were upgraded to the palace from the tower, but it’s the little things that makes this place special. Never ending refills on snacks. Yea and water in the rooms. A turn down service in 2024! My son was even given a free Taj teddy bear thing to complement his own teddy when they made the beds! I could go on, but this was pure perfection.

Neha Ghosh was such a lovely person . She helped us organise a lovely surprise for our child’s birthday. The reception staff upgraded us to their suite since we had kids. That was really kind. The breakfast was good too.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and you feel the grandeur when you enter. Akshay the duty manager was kind enough to assist with a paid upgrade with some added benefits upon hearing we were there to celebrate my Mum's birthday. The birthday cake in the room was a lovely touch and we will forever hold these memories close to us. The room was spacious, shower was amazing and access to the royal club was a bonus! It was also a few min away from the aiport which makes the trip back home short and sweet. Thank you to all at the Leela.

It’s a beautiful regal hotel with all the luxury of the 5 star hotel it is. The staff were really lovely and accommodating. From the minute you arrive to breakfast the staff are very attentive.

Friendly staff who assisted me with all my questions & amazing location. I was upgraded to a better room on arrival which was a lovely gesture! Breakfast was lovely with fresh bread, fruit and some Indian foods. I was staying on the first floor, if you have time go to relax on the 4th floor which is also beautifully decorated and furnished.
