Location is great, I love the Prati neighbourhood, whenever I am in Rome I stay there because it's not crowded with tourist, but still well located enough to access tourist places, restaurantes and a metro station nearby. Place is clean, there was water offered, Loris offered us some pastries... we had a nice stay overall.

The private terrace with a stunning view overlooking most of central Rome was absolutely fantastic. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar is absolutely worth a visit, and the breakfast was also very good. No wonder this hotel has such good reviews. Our stay was phenomenal. 10/10!
