Spacious room with a nice view, great in-house onsens alternating between male and female use at different times of the day, and a cozy coffee room offering complimentary coffee and tea. The staff was very kind and included members with a good command of English. Convenient location, close to the train station and the town's main attractions.

A 3-minute walk from JR Kinosaki-Onsen Station, Koyado Enn offers hot spring baths for private use, a café and a restaurant. Free WiFi is provided, and yukata robes are available at the reception. Koyado Enn is incredible, one of the best stays I had in Japan so far, would go back a million times. The staff is amazing, there are private onsens and it's close to the station. Bicycle rental is easy and very useful.

Amazing kaiseki dinner, everyone coming here should definitely give it a try! The service was amazing as well, from our arrival until the moment we departed. Thank you! The private onsen experience is also fantastic!

The bed is excellent. Location is excellence. It feels like a first class Hotel. The shower was absolutely fantastic and could be enjoyably used by more than one person at a time

Onishiya Suisyouen offers beautiful hot-spring baths, a sauna and Japanese garden beside the Maruyama River. Excellent food and facilities. All the staff was very helpful and many spoke perfect english. There is a free transfer service, but the distance to the center of the town is easy to walk.
