The staff was very kind and included members with a good command of English. Convenient location, close to the train station and the town's main attractions.

A 3-minute walk from JR Kinosaki-Onsen Station, Koyado Enn offers hot spring baths for private use, a café and a restaurant. Free WiFi is provided, and yukata robes are available at the reception. Koyado Enn is incredible, one of the best stays I had in Japan so far, would go back a million times. The staff is amazing, there are private onsens and it's close to the station. Bicycle rental is easy and very useful.

Onishiya Suisyouen offers beautiful hot-spring baths, a sauna and Japanese garden beside the Maruyama River. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was big, comfortable and elegantly furnished. The facilities were squeaky clean and the garden views mean peace. Free amenities such as coffee, tea, massage chair and yukata made the experience even more comfortable. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were fancy! E-bikes available free of charge. Highly recommend for people looking for rest and relaxation on a beautiful setting. Tattoos allowed!
