Food was excellent, outdoor onsen was nice, the rooms were cozy. Location is peaceful, but close enough to the main part of Kurokawa Onsen to go for a walk.

The team who looked after us were the warmest, most helpful people and the ryokan itself was simply stunning. Having our own private Onsen was amazing and the tatami room was very stylish . Dinner and breakfast were delicious too - we can’t wait to stay again in the future.
