The hotel was really clean, nice fittings and the staff were fantastic. Great service. They also had complimentary food and drinks - which was all the time. Amazing place

This 5-star hotel is located in the Zocalo, the main plaza at the city centre in Mexico City. Incredible stained glass ceiling and interior. Fantastic views of Zocalo from the terrace. Warm welcome from staff that were very helpful. Welcome drink and lovely surprise in the room on arrival. Huge choice at breakfast. Comfortable lounge for residents to relax in. Great central location.

Proximity to the main square, the view from the Balcon de Zócalo, the breakfast, very accommodating hotel team. Also, they have unlimited options at a small cafe on the same floor as the reception, so you can ask for any items listed in their menu, which are complimentary as part of your booking, with an exception to some specific alcohol options. On the 1st floor, there is a gym and a sauna, which I had a chance to try. It’s good.

Set in the Polanco district, a cultural, business and shopping area of Mexico City, this hotel is minutes from the National Museum of Anthropology and features 6 on-site restaurants. One of my best hotel experiences! :) From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming. The hotel is spotless and has several restaurants on-site, which is very convenient. The first night I had noisy neighbors, but the staff immediately moved me to another room without hesitation. Both rooms had beautiful views — though I especially recommend the one overlooking the park. Taxis are stationed right outside the hotel, which feels more like having high-end Ubers at your doorstep. The rooms were kept immaculate, and I really appreciated the large glass bottle of water delivered each day. The club lounge offers an à la carte breakfast with an amazing view, while the buffet on the R floor is also a solid choice, with a nice variety of food. The housekeeping staff stood out to me as well. The cleaning lady greeted me every morning, and after I came down with a fever during my stay, she even checked in to ask how I was feeling the next day — such thoughtful gestures make a big difference. The hotel also arranged for a doctor, who arrived in less than an hour. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I loved the special touch of receiving a plate of delicious chocolates on Independence Day. Overall, an outstanding stay with incredible service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
