Beautiful hotel in a great location with excellent staff (especially Regina and Jair). Very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. They offer additional services like tours and transport and a free 24/7 cafe to order food, snacks and drinks. I would happily stay here again.

Situated right next to the National Cathedral, where Moctezuma's Palace once stood, this hotel in downtown Mexico City offers convenient amenities such as free on-site parking and a beautiful... The location is the best! This area has so much to offer - so many historic sites, tours, restaurants, shopping and it's a very safe to walk around. The breakfast in the restaurant on the 6th floor was really nice. You have your choice of the buffet or you can order a la carte and we did both. The staff, especially Estaban, are extremely friendly. The 24 hour cafe on the main floor of the hotel was also a pleasant surprise! This was included in our stay at no extra charge. They had a variety of drinks (including beer), sandwiches, salads, soups, and snacks. It was nice to have fridge with cold bottles of water on our room level as well.
