Darwin is an absolute gem. His service was beyond professional. He was warm, proactive, attentive without ever being intrusive, and genuinely cared that we were having the best possible experience. His drinks were amazing (truly some of the best algarrobinas we ever had), and he somehow always knew exactly what we wanted before we even asked. You can tell he loves what he does, and that energy makes such a difference. We also want to mention Señor Percy, who was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning. Everything at Punta del Norte felt thoughtful, calm, and beautifully done. We felt relaxed, spoiled, and genuinely grateful for the care we received. This was not just a hotel stay, it was an experience, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing staff. We are 100% coming back. Huge thank you to the whole team, and especially to Darwin. This place has our hearts.
