Atlantida Mar er et moderne hotell som har designrom med panoramautsikt. Hotellet ligger på øya Terceira, med direkte atkomst til strandpromenaden mot Atlanterhavet, og har et utendørsbasseng. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and had a balcony with an amazing view of the pool and sea. We lay in bed at night with the door open and listened to the waves and watched the sunrise. The hotel was just outside the town but there is a lovely promenade outside which leads into the town. Pool towels are provided and there is a small gym (which we didn’t use as preferred to run along promenade). Buffet breakfast was very nice. Car parking available on site. There was a lovely restaurant next door to hotel on sea front which was lovely in the evening.

The room was spacious , clean and comfortable. The 24 hrs access to the hot spring pools was fantastic. We had the pools to ourselves after 5 pm. We ate sushi one night and it was delicious. Parking was easy and convenient. They allowed us to keep our entrance to gardens and hot spring after check out and even gave us a new robe and towels.

Excellent facilities and a very comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms are clean and cozy.

Aldeia da Cuada ligger i Faja Grande, 2,5 kilometer fra Faja Grande-stranden, og har utsikt mot hagen samt gratis WiFi. An amazing place to stay. The stone houses are comfortable with heaters and even a wood burner stove (for the Winter) and air humidifier. Spacious and comfortable. A good kitchen if you want to use it. The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast is excellent (especially the hot chocolate!) Set in an idyllic, green location (although I can understand why it was deserted in the '60s) it's the ideal place to get away from it all.
