The best thing about the hotel is just how close it is to the city center, just a 2 minute walk! The hotel itself is very modern and has all the facilities you would need. In the heart of Senec, set within the pedestrian zone, the stylish Hotel Marathon features an à la carte restaurant and a bar, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. Hotel Marathon has very comfortable beds. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and very clean. The bathroom was beautiful, very clean and included two plush bathrobes. The hotel also provided extra bathroom amenities like a shaving kit and dental hygiene kit (without having to ask for one). Our room had a door that opened to a large shared deck with lounge chairs. The room was cleaned daily (including fresh towels), without having to request this service. The hotel was very quiet, we slept extremely well every night. The hotel also has a private, gated parking lot. The restaurant on the ground floor, also called Marathon, is excellent! We had several meals there, including a family celebration. The owner is a very attentive, constantly paying attention to every detail. The staff is very well trained, courteous, friendly and helpful.
