Surrounded by a forest, Rush Creek Lodge at Yosemite features a heated outdoor pool, and children's playground. The accommodation features two hot tubs. I came to spend my 30th birthday and everything was simply perfect, from the staff service, the room, the common areas, the restaurant, the game room, and the best part of all was the spa.

An outdoor pool with a hot tub is featured at Franciscan Inn Santa Barbara. Modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free WiFi are provided in all rooms. We are traveling for a few weeks in California and this hotel was the best in our trip so far. The location is excellent, near the ocean and the Main Street. Rooms are spacious, free parking near the room. Breakfast in the morning and free cookies in the lobby during the day. Free bike for 2 hours, so we were able to explore the city on bikes. There is a pool and jacuzzi. But what I loved the most in the hotel is the team. All are very friendly, the guys at the reception are so nice. We were provided with upgraded king room at check in and late checkout. Brilliant

This Santa Barbara Motel, 15 minutes’ drive from the University of California Santa Barbara, offers a complimentary daily breakfast buffet and free bicycles to its guests during their stay. It is a beautiful place to stay at when in Santa Barbara. Centrally placed, but yet very calm and tranquil with a good breakfast. The rooms are really good. Highly recommended this motel.

Located in Oakhurst, just 10 miles from Yosemite National Park, the completely non-smoking Sierra Sky Ranch was established as a cattle ranch and evolved into a guest ranch in 1946. The fact that it actually a ranch gave this place a really charming character. Lots of nice areas to relax, really helpful staff and a good breakfast selection. Within easy driving distance of Yosemite, trail walks and Bass Lake. We were touring Northern California for 2 weeks and this hotel was a highlight.
