Just steps away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this historic hotel is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and features a rooftop bar and lounge with panoramic city views, on-site dining and a seasonal rooftop pool. It’s a beautiful hotel, very modern and clean. And it smells amazing. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. The rooms were a bit small, but the bed was very comfortable and facilities were clean and modern. I really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel also offers spacious meeting and event space. Breakfast was very good, coffee tasted great. It was very convenient to stay there to go to a play and shopping.

All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. Extras include free toiletries and a hair dryer. Breakfast and evening meal complimentary were excellent as well as popcorn

Featuring a 24-hour business centre and complimentary daily appetizers and beverages, this Drury Plaza Hotel is located in downtown Cleveland, just 2 blocks away from the Cleveland Convention Center. Free WiFi access is available. Our room was spacious and comfy. We had two drinks each included in our stay and the dinner was a big buffet. It seemed like every guest at the hotel was eating at the same time we were. We also visited the Cuyahoga Valley National Park just 30 minutes from the hotel which was a nice place to get away from the city.

Free WiFi access is available. The welcome at the front desk had enthusiasm and energy with sincere message thank you for coming. The gift bag was a very nice touch. We had an added bonus of tacos for dinner as well as the breakfast.
