I liked the location and the view from 35th floor. I felt comfortable having a coffee at the 2nd floor.

The location is perfect. If you don't have mobility issues, you can go by walking to the main point in downtown.

Perfect location in downtown Chicago, everything is accessible (5 min. walk on average). All the staff were incredibly professional and so friendly. Upgraded my standard room to an amazing suite for free (4 nights). Hotel is very clean and not noisy. Overall experience was great!

The location was perfect for our stay with a good balcony view. It was very clean. Nice amenities. Parking was close and was secure. Bottled water each day. Nice shower. Easy access from the highway.

They suggest the best places to visit, helping you with things you need, and even asking how they can make your stay more comfortable. Look for Victor! This is my favorite hotel room in Chicago. I love the location, views, and the bathtub is the entire reason I book it. The hotel is also one of the cleanest.

Location! It's close to stores I visit when I'm in Chicago. It was also easy to book a ride when I needed to go to the airport. It's a walking distance from the subway if you want to take the train to the O'Hare.

Great view on the river, even more amazing with St Patrick's green paint! Room was spacious and comfortable, quiet as well.
