The location was perfect for walking to all the sights. The neighborhood was clean and safe. There were plenty of very nice coffee shops and restaurants to choose from that were very close by.

The hotel is, as the name suggests, in the Loop, which means Downtown is at your feet, and the metro stop is just a very short walk away for more exploring. Shore/Beach is also within walking distance. I liked my room; it had a very comfy bed, and it was clean and quiet. The fitness facilities were a nice extra.

We liked everything. The location of the hotel, the paid parking accommodation and the price, the quick response of the staff, the kindness and politeness of the staff, the free clean water in the hallway, the free breakfast in the restaurant and the ease if going outside and walking in the city. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Great location and a great price. It's a simple room with a bed and a side table with a few hooks to hang a jacket or towel. Rooms are private and clean.

The location, the room was quiet cozy

Very nice hotel situated quite close to downtown. The acces to metro station is very easy to Chicago or Grand stations which are very closed to the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Maryna was very nice and helped me with all the questions i had.

The city facing room had an unobstructed view of the Willis (Sears) Tower.. AMAZING... I really liked the 'classic' look of the room.. really nicely upkept original HARD WOOD doors and frames. Classic marble in bathroom, etc. Reminded me of the upscale 'Conrad Hilton', but at a much affordable rate.

The hotel is worth every penny. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient. Rooms are spacious and amenities are a plus. Location could not be better.

Brilliantly situated in the heart of the Downtown Loop, the Residence Inn is genuinely stylish and perfect for a city break. Rooms are spacious and well equipped: beds and pillows are really comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern with a range of good toiletries. Really courteous and helpful staff at check in and a superb breakfast. Whole place has a luxurious but easy going vibe.

The room was great, very spacious and the king bed was comfortable along with the pillows. We had connecting rooms with our adult children which was great. We had a view of Lake Michigan which was an added bonus. Every staff member at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Andrew was especially nice and helpful.
