Great staff, nothing was any problem. Our room was enormous, big bathroom and a sitting area. Very central location, walking distance to Millennial Park and to a pick up spot for hop on hop bus. Great restaurants within 50 metres of the hotel.

The city facing room had an unobstructed view of the Willis (Sears) Tower.. AMAZING...
I really liked the 'classic' look of the room.. really nicely upkept original HARD WOOD doors and frames. Classic marble in bathroom, etc. Reminded me of the upscale 'Conrad Hilton', but at a much affordable rate.
