Excellent customer service. Very clean rooms, they are on the smaller side but are still very practical and have a great view of the city. The tacos and drinks in the lobby are a welcome plus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone wishing to stay in a central place of Chicago. It was a great spot for us to meet this lovely city.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Ordered In-room dining for dinner and it was so good. Location of hotel is excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was nice and a great sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great place to relax and unwind after a long trip or day.
