Everything you would expect and more of a 5 star hotel! Service we received when we went to pick up keys for our second room was amazing, we were even offered an upgrade to the business suite because our room wasn't ready yet. The room was so comfortable, large and clean. Our stay was so luxurious and amazing.

Staff was very accomodating. I was very stressed when I arrived and they were very calming. They offer a discount at the local greenway parking garage which is less than a 5 min walk from the hotel the staff there at the garage was very kind as well. We had some trouble getting our ticket and the security guard went and got us one himself! :) the garage is also clean and well lit. The hotel also gives you a card that gives you free in and out privileges at the garage. At the hotel I was given an option on room location so I could be in a quieter area or a more exciting one or lower or higher floor. The lobby was very colorful and had some fun things to do like a pool table and a big connect 4 game. My room was very clean and super comfy. Lots of options on how bright in the room as there are personal above bed lights and then a brighter one that is above the headboard. Also, both sides of the bed had a nightstand and a personal electric socket that is on top. Super convenient! The shower was a bit small but very clean and got nice and hot! Lots of drawer space and shelves to store items. Theres a full length mirror on the stall door so you can see your whole ensemble and plenty of counter space for toiletries. We also enjoyed the nice tv. Pretty good size and mounted to the wall in front of the bed. Also... I wanted to roll up the mattress and take it home with me! So comfy! Also had really comfy pillows. Also if you dont get any thing else from the restaraunt... Get a Margarita... Sooo delicious and fresh! Also this hotel is in walking distance to almost everything. Right next door to the rainforest cafe, hard rock cafe and rock n roll McDonalds as well. Which are all places you should see! Magnificent mile is about 15 min walk, 45 mins to Navy pier. We used uber to get to all the museums. Uber is pretty cheap in chicago and all of the drivers were super nice.

Great stay close to the best cocktail bars and restaurants and well suited for sightseeing - great staff, room and atmosphere! Will definitely use it again ...
