Elandela Private Game Reserve and Luxury Lodges Pty Ltd offers accommodation situated within the Greater Kruger National Park area. We had a stay we'll never forget at Elandela! The staff were amazing – warm, friendly and always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Francisco, Christopher and our game driver Simon, who made the experience truly memorable. The rooms were spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds – and the view from our room was incredible. We could watch hippos and crocodiles in the water, and even saw zebra, impala and warthogs coming down to drink at the lake, with baboons in the gardens at times. The wildlife sightings on the game drives far exceeded our expectations. The drives were well organised, tailored to guests’ needs, and the guides were exceptionally knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights along the way about tracking as well as animal behaviour. We were incredibly lucky and saw the 'big 5' in our first two game drives. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Phelwana Game Lodge is located in the Hoedspruit area and 47 km away from Kruger Park's Orpen Gate. The lodge offers luxury tents and well-appointed chalets with private pool. I simply loved everything… if I tell you that I was actually depressed to leave to go to the second lodge we booked, would you believe this? - the room was really impeccable, this was my favorite part. We stayed at the Harrier luxury tent. The “lake” goes behind the tent so you can hear all the frogs and animals etc. it’s really amazing. The outdoor shower was crazy good. The room is soooo quiet otherwise. You don’t hear NOTHING except a bunch of different animals. We even heard leopard sounds and a giraffe in the morning. It’s really that amazing. - let me tell you I’m super picky with bedding and sheets and comfort of the bed and I was like AMAZED by how good the bed was. The sheets were high quality… was great 10/10 - the lodge is small so you get really individualized attention, which some might like some might not - they have lots of animals pretty much all the main ones minus lions and rhinos I think. The leopard and hiena are more rare but we did see them in the property so it was SOOO worth it. Flora the guide was super cool and we did an extra drive with her at ngiht to look for the leopard. This for me MADE THE TRIP. Because I felt like I was close to the people working there and we could talk and adjust and be flexible with the stuff. This was a big plus, since I don’t like these SUPER structured commercial lodges (we saw some like that…)

Bushveld Terrace Safari Hotel, Lodge & Spa is situated 290 metres from the Kruger National Park’s Phalaborwa Gate. The hotel features an outdoor pool, a restaurant and a sun terrace. The room was very clean and spacious. The food was wonderful with very friendly attendants all round from house keeping to the restaurant waiters and waitresses. Not forgetting the Chefs 👌🏾.

Situated in Hoedspruit, Nyaleti Lodge is 70 km from the Orpen Gate and 79 km from the Phalaborwa Gate of Kruger National Park. everything was just perfect. It was our second stay there.

Summerset Place Country House is set against the foot of the Waterberg and adjacent to a private game reserve. Executive Suite was the delight . the showers & bathtub Perfect for a couple . The Stuff was very friendly and clued up with the place. the wild life roaming around The patio is reserved for the executive suite. I advise taking the exude suite

Situated along the Olifants River, Bushriver Lodge features two swimming pools and a large deck with BBQ facilities. Fantastic and unique experience. You sleep in the middle of a wildlife park where the animals roam freely. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The best place we stayed during our entire trip through South Africa.
