We stayed in the villa without access to the pool, but it was very good experience regardless. The interior and exterior were very well maintained. The entire villa looked just like it was not meant for renting. Fully equipped kitchen, all amenities in the bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Great outdoor area with sea view. Gas barbeque, very handy. Big terrace on the upper floor, and great view directly from the bedroom. Hosts were very friendly and ready to help and provide advices and additional info we needed.

Everything. Popi and Giannis are the perfect hosts. Kind, helpful and reliable. The small house is newly renovated... Authentic, modern but also functional. There's nothing missing, the views at the sea are simply breathtaking. I think there's no better terrace for watching the sunset in Mochlos. Mochlos itself is a idyllic village located at the sea. At our arrival Popi told us that every restaurant would be worth a visit. We visited 5 taverns and the food was great. For us it was the perfect base to explore the east. 35 Minutes to Ierapetra, about 1 hour to Vai, 45 minutes to Agios Nikolaos. All in all it was one of the best stays I've ever had in Greece. Thank you for that.

Irini the host was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed- she even made a special trip just to give us a special Pastry we loved!! We loved her so much we hung out for drinks on the beautiful terrace. If you want to relax and be spoiled- AKTI VILLA is the place to be!!
