My experience at Hotel Chaco was the most top tier I have ever had. There is so much careful attention to detail. So many different textures on the walls! The grand entrance is breathtaking and there are a wide range of amenities that make you feel rejuvenated. I was blown away by the bedding. Every sheet was soft and crisp and the pillows were exactly what I needed for the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The balcony is so intimate and I was able to see the mountains my view. It is right across the street from the Sawmill market which has a range of delicious options, but the resident chef at Chaco curated a well crafted menu. Every staff I met was warm and accommodating. If ever I end up back in Albuquerque, I will certainly rest my head at Hotel Chaco

The pictures of the property are amazing, but it's even better when you're there in person. It's hard to even describe how peaceful it felt being at this house. The way they decorated it is so pretty and super comfortable, but the views and surroundings are honestly mind blowing. Our whole group didn't want to leave and we're already planning a return trip when we can stay for at least a week. The host Rebekah was incredibly nice and helpful with a number of details that made our entry even smoother. I particularly loved how open and comfortable the kitchen and dining area was and the upstairs master bathroom was what dreams are made of. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with the basic necessities to make breakfast and other meals (coffee, tea, and condiments, salt, oil), as well as appliances (toaster, coffee maker, microwave), etc. Another nice feature was having a washer/dryer for our ten-day stay. We appreciated the contemporary architecture and design. It felt like going on day trips or to work from our own home. The guidebook provided was helpful and informative for first-time visitors. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood, a ten-minute ride to UNM, close to major routes to venture out and enjoy Albuquerque city life and culture, the gorgeous landscape, and the Pueblo people's land with rich history, and friendly people.

Great location, walking distance from concert venue that brought me to Albuquerque. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well! Bed was super comfy. Robes provided in the room were also really great. Walking into the room with the TV slide show personalized to you was also a really fun touch. All staff at the front and valet attendants were super helpful and very friendly. Staff at the bar was also really nice. I'll be staying here again next time I'm in Albuquerque.

Guest review
I had such a great experience at this hotel and as a Canadian who frequently comes to Albuquerque, I can confirm that I will be returning to this hotel from now on. Check-in was smooth and I was happy to have Julian check me in again(this is my second stay). He is a kind, gentle and calm person who always accommodates my request for a quiet room away from noise. The room ii got was more like a suite which had everything I needed from pots, pans, can openers, cooking stove, piping, hot water, shampoo, and conditioner… I was so happy and blessed to have such facilities at such an incredible price. The room was impeccably, clean and as a person who is very picky about cleanliness, I felt relieved that I did not have to deal with dirt or anything unpleasant. The hotel itself is lovely with an incredible breakfast which has everything you can possibly want. There is a pool and this time around I noticed a fire pit as the night got chilly in Albuquerque. What a beautiful experience to be sitting at night near a fire. Location was Excellent for me.. I walked everywhere but there are also free local buses that go to old town or the Indian Pueblo cultural center. There is a Walmart across the street for groceries and plenty of coffee shops and nice local restaurants. I met the manager and he is a lovely young man who really prides himself in having a great hotel and giving his guests a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this wonderful place for anyone staying in Albuquerque. To the wonderful staff at the Sonesta, thank you for taking really good care of me and I will see you soon.

Perfect location to walk to Old Town and quite a few restaurants. Breakfast was excellent- made to order and great choices. Separate bedroom with door and large closet inside. Bed was very comfortable. Beautiful living room (but disrupted by our use of the sofa bed since we were 4). Kitchen really cute with full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The courtyard of the property was fantastic. Staff very friendly. Everything very clean.

The room was very good and comfortable, a decent hotel room with a large clean bathroom. Overall very clean. Coffee, refrigerator, towels change, etc. I had a nice balcony with chairs as well. You only do not have beautiful facilities outside the room like in hotels if it is important. Just a nice room to sleep. Very quiet though the whole week I spent there.

The pool area was nice and clean, clean towels were available. The beds were new and clean and part of the renovation, as well as the sink area. The room also had a large TV. The breakfast room had vegan soy milk and there were free chips and sodas from 5-6pm. The hotel had a free shuttle to the airport and some few destinations towards downtown. Our room on the second floor had a balcony and it was pleasant to use it. A free city bus stop is right outside the hotel.

The young woman checking in guests was alone during a very busy evening, and she did an excellent job efficiently and professionally. The King bed room was very comfortable and spacious.
