Our room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with every little detail to make our stay comfortable. The historic inn itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. And the breakfast—homemade and absolutely incredible—was a highlight of our trip. Jennifer is an exceptional host, as well as an amazing baker and chef. Truly an 11/10 experience. We will definitely be back!

United StatesWe had the most amazing experience at this property! We definitely got an upgraded room for which I was so grateful. Our room was a very spacious suite on the second floor of a quaint, small building around the back of the Motor Lodge. It had high ceilings, a living room, kitchen, bath and large bedroom. The suite also had a deck that we didn't have to share with anyone, since there wasn't anyone staying in the room next door. Since it was off-season, there wasn't any deck furniture, so we sat inside, but opened the doors to the deck so we could enjoy the fresh, crisp Cape Cod evening air. It was so quiet. We drank champagne. We could have sat there all night. The location of this hotel is also amazing. We walked to a local restaurant, Shipwrecked, and sat outside, despite that it was a bit chilly. The entire outdoor area was full of people! Luckily there were heaters going that kept us warm. It was so nice to have a view of the water while we enjoyed our dinner. And afterwards, we crossed the road and took a walk on the beach. Such a great evening! The following morning we ate breakfast at The Black Dog Heights Cafe (which was still open, despite being off-season). We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the suite, the outdoor deck, and the short walk to the restaurant and beach. We will be back!!

The beds are super comfortable. Mattress, pillows, linens - all of it was great. My friend took a picture of the pillow's tag so she can buy one for her home. The bathroom is located behind the bedroom and gave us a lot of privacy for changing, which was nice. It was very quiet as well. We liked the fire pit and shuffleboard on the lawn and though we didn't use the pool, it looked clean. It was nice to have a small Continental breakfast available, though we only had fruit as we did brunch in town. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was in close proximity to supermarket, gas stations, beaches and main roads. Beds were comfortable, spacious bedrooms and upstairs bathroom. The chef’s kitchen was clean, spacious and very clean. The kitchen ware was also very clean and usable.

The upgrades done recently were a huge surprise. We typically have a standard double bed room with a bathroom. This stay, we had a whole cottage with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We loved the new look, the location, and the beach is close regardless of what room you’re in.

The hotel is located across the street from Falmouth harbor. My room was really an apartment with a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and big bathroom. It was very clean. There was some traffic noise in the morning but not bad. The furniture was very comfortable. Most of the staff that I met was very nice, especially housekeeping.

We stayed in the two bedroom ocean view apartment. It was beautiful, had an amazing view of the ocean from every single window! Everything was amazing! Super clean and the staff was all so friendly!

Was pleasantly surprised by the interior. Newly remodeled bedroom and beautiful bathroom. Decoration were very beachy and quaint. Well worth the price. Great location.

The apartment was set up nicely. There was a separate bedroom and bathroom from the living room which made for some privacy. The kitchen had adequate equipment. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable.
