We mentioned at check-in that we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary, and the extremely generous employee working at the front desk (so sorry I didn’t see his name!) upgraded us to a beautiful suite. This truly made our stay exceptional! The decor, cleanliness, in-room dining, location and overall value and high quality made our stay a five star experience. We can’t wait to return!

The location to the highway was excellent. We were downtown in 10 minutes max. The king size bed rooms is definitely recommend. Larger rooms and well put together. The security outside the rooms at night were a nice touch.

The refrigerator in my room didn't work and it stunk. There toilets are for very short people. I just can't believe that I paid 278 for a double bed room for 1 night. Breakfast was horrible and they had ants 🐜 😕 so I refused to eat there and went to McDonald's. WORST HOTEL IN OCEAN SHORES DO NOT STAY!! NEED TOTAL RENOVATION 😫

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was better than expected with lots of choice and some healthy options.
We would have definitely used the gym and pool if we stayed longer.

Really lovely park-like street. Ease of entry with code. Off street parking provided. TWO bedrooms. Keurig coffee provided and some sugar and oil. No a/c but great fans and several of them. Good kitchen.

The room was clean, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, and we have been coming for years to the Grey Gull and will continue to come back. Get a room with a kitchen, bedroom, and living room. It is like having your own condo for a week.

Stayed here with my 20 year old daughter for 4 nights. It was hot during our stay and we greatly appreciated the aircon especially since the bedroom is tucked at the back of the unit and there is no window for fresh air. We loved the view and the proximity to everything. We parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family unit that had a full kitchen with dishes to use and two seperate bedrooms. It was very comfortable and felt like we were staying in a little apartment. The walk to the beach only took a couple minutes.Will stay there again for sure.

The home was beautiful, cozy and spotless! Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. 2nd bedroom is a little small but master is a very nice size.

The overall location and views.
In the back of the cabin there was a fireplace with chairs.
In the afternoon you could escape the heat in the back under the cover of the trees.
Lakes are relatively close , so in the summer days you can cool down there.
The bunk bed bedroom was a bonus for the kids

A very nice main floor 1 bedroom unit with a well-equipped kitchen, and access to the swimming pool out the back door! On a hot summer day, we were the only ones at the pool (the beach was crowded!), so it was a great respite from the heat and busy lakeside park, which is across the street a short walk away. It was quiet at night, in spite of being on the main street in Chelan.
