Kotono yado Musashino offers accommodation in Nara, and is located a 11-minute drive from Nara Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line. I loved everything about it. The food was exceptional.

Wakasa Annex features an outdoor hot public bath and free WiFi. Other facilities include a 24-hour reception, drinks vending machines and free parking. Todai-ji Temple is only an 8-minute walk. The traditional room was amazing and very spacious, with very clean facilities and a small balcony for a relaxing bath outside. The onsen upstairs was very clean and very inviting with exceptional facilities. The staff were amongst the most friedly people we met on our travels around Japan providing us with a guide on popular routes to explore around Nara and offering additional services such as taking a photo of us and a free gift bag. The traditional breakfast was incredible, providing us with a very memorable experience.

Offering public baths, Yoshidaya Ryokan よしだや is situated in front of Sarusawa-ike Pond. Kofuku-ji Temple is just a 2-minute walk away. Free WiFi is available on site. Amazing stay, I loved the room, so clean and so many amenities and the best location for sightseeing. I would recommend splurging for a room with a bathtub.

A 12-minute walk from the Kintetsu Nara Train Station, Hotel New Wakasa offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Everything was just great, the room, atmosphere. staff attitude and hospitality, Onsen and breakfast and finally the location.

A 2-minute walk from Kintetsu-Nara Station, a 5-minute taxi ride from JR Nara Train Station and a 5-minute walk from Kofuku-ji Temple, Kasuga Hotel features Japanese cuisine and beautiful hot public... Very nice hotel, amazing staff (they helped me sort out an issue i had, not regarding the hotel). Public bath is good, Japanese breakfast was good. We stayed in a Japanese style room and it was good looking and comfortable

Very hospitable and accomodating. Genuine in wanting to provide a good ryokan experience. They took care of everything from drawing the baths and scheduling meals with us and patiently waited when we were a little late. Hosts were always on hand to greet when we enter or left the property. We even went for a little hike after arriving and it was quite peaceful, seeing the occasional deer along the way. We also asked for help to book a taxi to take us back into town and it was promptly waiting for us at the scheduled time.
