An easy walk from the local train, and well situate for a trip to the local temple, which is well worth a visit. The host was most friendly, and a very wonderful person. The onsen is great and has easy to follow instructions for tourists available. The view over the city at night was truly marvelous. We extended our stay.

Kotono yado Musashino offers accommodation in Nara, and is located a 11-minute drive from Nara Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line. My husband and I loved our stay. The hospitality and kindness of the staff has been incredible. They made our first ryokan experience memorable

Wakasa Annex features an outdoor hot public bath and free WiFi. Other facilities include a 24-hour reception, drinks vending machines and free parking. Todai-ji Temple is only an 8-minute walk. Great baths. Both public and in room. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. Gourmet level. N service was great.

Offering public baths, Yoshidaya Ryokan よしだや is situated in front of Sarusawa-ike Pond. Kofuku-ji Temple is just a 2-minute walk away. Free WiFi is available on site. It was incredible. We arrived early before check-in . Dropped our luggage, and the hotel is right at the entrance of the park. The staff is very polite and we had a wonderful tradiontal Japanese breakfast.

A 12-minute walk from the Kintetsu Nara Train Station, Hotel New Wakasa offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami (woven-straw) flooring. It is a very nice experience if you want to emerge into Japanese lifestyle. The food is excellent and the location just next to the deer park but also close to a bus and train station is great. The view from the room or top roof is stunning
