Quietly situated in one of Cirencester’s oldest streets, this delightful, privately owned hotel and restaurant is just 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable and evening meal fabulous! We had our dog with us and everyone made him extremely welcome. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We would definitely stay here again if ever we were to return to this beautiful part of the country. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone!

Good location and parking across the road. Quirky decor and friendly staff.

Located in a 17th century town house, The Old Brewhouse is a charming and characterful bed and breakfast. Free parking is possible on site, and free Wi-Fi is accessible in certain areas.

Ate at The Fleece Hotel food fine but didn't have our first 2 choices on the menu and ate at Pizza Express.
A variety of different shops and market to browse around.
Lovely Walk around St John's Church and the Abbey's grounds and down to the river.

Cirencester is a beautiful market town with lots of lovely shops, particularly many individual shops. It has lots of lovely cafes, traditional pubs and good restaurants. Its seems a very well kept and clean town with a lot of history and charming buildings. The main church is worth a visit. Cirencester is quintessentially a traditional English town that has kept its history and charm.

We stayed at the Fleece in Cirencester which was lovely although it has not got a lift so mobility issues would be a problem for some people,
the food was very good, but we did try the Black Horse as well which was very nice and Leon was very helpful and friendly.
We were on an Ancestry visit to Daglingworth as my Grandfathers Family Home was there, we had an interesting trip to the Church yard and surrounding area.
Biberry is very picturesque but very busy with tourists.
Stow on the Wold was very quaint with lovely shops.
We went to the wildlife park which was beautiful with the animals and the gardens, wonderful facilities.
Diddly Squat was actually closed when we came across it so went back on the Thursday and it was heaving, as it was so queued up and sweltering we didn't stop, toilet facilities were not good as only two ladies toilets and the Farm shop was quite small.
The surrounding villages are all in keeping and very pretty, I would definitely recommend a trip there.
Hopefully we will have longer next time to look further a field.

Beautiful town in the Cotswolds, some lovely shops in the centre, great cafe and lunch spots (didnt stay long enough to test dinner options). Had loads of artsy shops and creative markets, we missed out on the official markets but these were enough regardless. Parks are luscious and a great spot for countryside walks.

A bustling vibrant town, lovely architecture, good selection of shops and places to eat. Very easy to access and find your way round. We eat at the Fleece, excellent food and service. There is a lovely park there too.
This boutique hotel was truly a delight to stay at. We are already looking for excuses to return. We had their simple double rooms which were beautifully set up and cosy. Breakfast was a wonderful treat and we ate in the hotel restaurant which was also excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the shower which was large with plentiful hot water - much needed after our day spending wading the Thames Path.
Couldn't find fault with anything. It was our 3rd stay at this hotel and everytime it's been excellent. Lovely breakfast, rooms were clean and comfortable. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Location was so convenient to town centre. Would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.
Very homely, excellent communication from
Property owner without being intrusive. Very accommodating so adjusted our stay to stay a week and a half longer. Close to Cirencester Town Centre (10 minute walk) with other amenities close by. Highly recommend this property
My "go to" hotel in Cirencester. Easy to walk into the town centre and yet it is not located on a busy road so is very peaceful and relaxing. Just a really nice place to stay when in town.
