Located on Padstow’s busy harbour front, the 4-star Harbour Hotel Padstow boasts views of the town and Camel Estuary. There is a popular restaurant as well as bright, individually styled rooms.

The location is excellent for the nearby town plus the hotel decor is good.

Our room was beautiful with stunning views! It was very spacious with a large bathroom with a fantastic bath and we even had our own terrace to enjoy the view! The staff were all friendly and helpful. We could park just outside which was great after struggling to find parking in the small Cornish villages and ending up having to park a long way from our accommodation. We loved it here and would highly recommend it!

The property was very clean and the bed was really comfortable with a good quality mattress. Good mixture of soft and firm. The little sofa was great with the added bonus of foot stools. Place was very quiet and felt very secure with the car being in an undercover car port and double gates closed. Loved the added touches of the welcome basket and free loan of beach equipment (windbreak, buckets and spades, etc). The location was perfect for travelling to local beaches and my favourite place, Padstow. Hosts met us at the gate and said hi if we saw them but didn’t intrude in anyway. Great place for a few days away to recharge the batteries.

Probably the best independent accommodation that we have ever stayed in. Really good value for money and the attention to detail, second to none. Staff outstanding. 😊

Padstow is a lovely location for visiting with great shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants although unsurprisingly is rather busy. Parking either down by the harbour or further up the hill is usually full rather quickly and it's pot luck. By lunch time the place is heaving with visitors. Lots of families enjoying crabbing. You have the option of various excursions and attractions, there are several fast boat options, be it the older wooden power boats or the more modern RIBs. For about £6 you can take a trip to Rock via a passenger ferry to visit the beach there and the cafe/s and a few shop/s. If you don't like crowds I'd be inclined to go to Rock.

Visit regularly as we live in Cornwall & regularly walk the coastal path. Stayed overnight because we were attending an event. Very popular as a day trip for tourists & can get extremely busy at times. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a very nice and fresh crab sandwich with THE OLD CUSTOM HOUSE and we had a VERY expensive meal in a seafood restaurant that didn't exactly blow our socks off. The venue was beautiful and the service was great, but .....I'll say no more.

Padstow is a lovely town, it’s relaxed and great for any age traveler, something for everyone. The food options are varied, from traditional Cornish pasty, to Paul Ainsworths, Rick Steins and Sabzi. You have family run business, who have been there for years and they are always happy to help out. Very good bookshop, nice little Old school Cornish pubs to hide away in. Just a perfect place.

Padstow is gorgeous, my favourite place in Cornwall.
Padstow is gorgeous, my favourite place in Cornwall. Of course Rick Stein is a big public figure there, I have to say the food in his restaurants is just amazing. Dog friendly too.
Thankfully the shops are small , all the shop assistants are friendly-what you would expect to see in Cornwall.
Loved the decor of the hotel & rooms, the reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Ideally situated to explore Padstow whilst being just far enough away from the business of the harbour. The room was very well appointed with a most comfortable bed. I only ate breakfast at the hotel but there was a good choice of cold & hot options and a pleasant view over the harbour.
Lovely cottage in a quiet area 15 minutes walk from Padstow harbour along the Camel Trail. Fantastic walk in good weather but we did get soaked one night walking to the restaurant (take waterproofs just in case). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with plenty of stunning walks with the dog. Plenty of bars and restaurants and nearly everywhere is dog friendly.
Very helpful host Marion who was available to be in touch from time of booking to departure.
Also more and more difficult to get central accommodation in Padstow and certainly something affordable as all family run houses like this in north and west Cornwall are becoming extinct.
Well organised, easy to find and well located for the Padstow area and accessible to other parts of Cornwall. The property was nicely furnished, with a high standard of fixtures and fittings, comfortable beds, storage space and a private parking space. Very happy with our stay.
The property was easy to find with an allocated parking space right outside. It's small but very comfortable and is in a quieter area of Padstow about five minutes' stroll from the shops, pubs and restaurants in the harbour area.
