Easy to locate in the city, my 4th stay.
Parked motorcycle around back, there are electrically operated gates for security.
Pleasant reception staff throughout.
Airy, bright room with a good powerful shower 🚿.
Had a few beers in the bar that evening.
Slept very well, dark room, no noise & one of the most comfortable beds I had slept in.
Nice varied breakfast following morning.
Easy check out.
New Hotel De Lives enjoys a location along the Meuse River, a 4-minute drive from the nearest E411 Motorway Exit.

Clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff. We arrived late in the evening after a difficult journey in torrential rain. The staff checked that the restaurant would still serve even although it was late. Very pleasant meal.

Very exciting hotel. Room locations and hallways were nicely and interestingly executed in an old building. We loved how they've maintained old brickwalls.
We stayed in the penthouse room with nice rooftop views. Windows and shades were automated (remote contolled). Separate WC from shower room (or rather shower space) was highly appreciated.

Generally unknown gem of a place that is little known outside of Belgium. Really pleasant feel to the place and ocne the renovation works of the citadel are complete then Namur will have had a good overhaul, along with the riverside developments of 3-4 years ago.

Namur seemed fully booked, being a celebration weekend, but we found our stay in Jaumes was in fact perfect for our one night. Close to all amenities and after securely parking the car we spent our time exploring the nearby citadel and riverside. Might have to visit again to see Namur itself!

There's a gondola ride to the citadel where there's a visitor centre and a dotto train. There are boat rides on the river. There's a small park. It's ok for a day, maybe two, not longer.

Beautifull, not too big city with loads of visible history,...
Beautifull, not too big city with loads of visible history, characteristic buildings and architecture dating back to medieval times. A cosy but also mondain historic city center with loads of good bars and restaurants and cultural events. During daytime and summer its widely visited by tourists and one has to be able to accept that. Its logical when a city has that much to offer and is so hospital. Despite the Poor Hotel de Lives we stayed, the people in the city helped us out where we lacked knowledge of french language. A big difference with 30 years ago when peuple du wallon would not speak any other word then their french. Now I met people being proud to also speak dutch AND fair english, which is great when they work in hospitality or restaurants. From here a daytrip to Dinant where the saxophone was invented is worth the trouble as its only a half hr countryside drive. Every N road in belgium is worth roadtripping as there are objects everywhere. The highways are mostly flanked by trees, and often in not a good shape. I call them "launch surface" as on parts of the road 2 of 4 wheels are always detached from the road that bumpy it is. And that is fun but drive carefully and save, to see as much as you can. You can see the city and citadel in a day if you hurry a bit, but 2 nights/3days is perfect if you like to take things easy but want to see it all. It is also the capital of Wallonie, and a perfect base to make diverse trips in any direction, all reachable within half an hour. Brussels, Waterloo, Abbaye Villiers, Dinant, Coal Mines and streetart in Charleroi etcetera. Have fun!

The city has interesting places to visit but we were only there for a night, and after a long journey.
NB staying at the Youth Hospital is very inexpensive and convenient but you need to take your own towel.
This hotel is far above the accepted standards of Belgium, and however at a reasonable price.
I would like to point out the kindness of staff, the excellent breakfast (buffet), coffee and tea facilities in the room (which is hardly to be found elsewhere in Belgium), the lift. The rooms are comfy and very quiet although the building is located just opposite to the station. They have a bagage room which is also very convenient.
The location is excellent. really close to all the tourist sites in Namur. The public spa is really great. my husband and I got very lucky that there were not a lot of people when we use it. Also the fitness was amazing with several options to do your workout. the room is very cozy, we booked the river view room. and during our last night, the fireworks show was very visible from our room. the casino is also an added value.
The hotel is unique and interesting in its layout. It has a complicated history and the modernization of the building is extremely successful and interesting. There are two restaurants, one that is a serious foody one and another that serves very high quality grilled meats.
The rooms were modern, and very pleasant, the bathroom modern with a large shower and space.
The hotel is very new, clean and the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. Its restaurant is excellent, highly recommended for dinner, as well! It is conveniently located near the motorway, although Namur's centre is a bit further. We easily found a parking space in the outdoor parking.
The hotel was spacious, clean and very near the motorway exit. The bed was comfortable ( pillows thin) staff were excellent, very helpful. Great stop over for 1 night although no shops etc within walking distance. There is a lovely restaurant next door to the hotel.
Clean, comfortable and very well equipped, Namur Energite is perfect for a short stay in Namur. We liked the location and the easy acces to the city center. Car parc possibilities are also positive aspect for your stay in Namur Energite.
The accommodation is located on a quiet bicycle street near the citadel, it is all fully digital, it is within walking distance of the centre, if you have found a parking space nearby you can make good tours by car from there.
Terrific little studio in the heart of Namur. A cozy space with bed in the garret. Clean and modern renovation, all new. Romantic views of rooftops, spires, and domes. Super comfortable bed with nice linens!!
An excellent location, a fresh, very well thought through studio with all the necessary and some nice extras to enjoy Namur and surroundings. An amazing value for money ratio, would definitely recommend!
New hotel with very good location in Namur, right next to the station. Basic room with good rates. The light switches in the room were a bit confusing, but otherwise we're happy with the stay
A fantastic place right in the centre of Namur, on the pedestrian street with bars and restaurants right next to it.
Also, the conditions in the room are excellent.
Quite clean, spacious and modern rooms. Plenty of parking places around the hotel. Staff was great and friendly, especially the waiter that served us breakfast.
