We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Olhão, Portugal, for six days with my wife and son, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service from the incredible staff members Thais, Irilda, and Mariane. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly made our stay special and memorable. Our suite was absolutely lovely, boasting excellent facilities that catered to all our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights, and the high-pressure shower was invigorating. The suite also featured a cozy sofa, two TVs, a cooktop, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, which made our stay even more convenient. Every morning, we looked forward to the amazing and tasteful breakfast that was provided. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, making each meal a delightful experience. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean, which we greatly appreciated. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene was evident and commendable. The location of the hotel in Olhão is perfect! It’s close to supermarkets, the ferry terminal, and offers free road parking, making it easy to explore the area. The convenience and accessibility added to the overall enjoyment of our holiday. In summary, our stay was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful staff, excellent facilities, and prime location. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in Olhão, Portugal. We will definitely be back, and we are already recommending to our friends! Best place stayed ever! Thanks. Modern and clean

We have stayed a number of times at this hotel, booked through you and have always been impressed. However this time we arrived and were given key 438 to our room. We went up in lift to our room only to find that the key would not open the door. We had a card given to us with the key and it clearly stated room 438. Another English guest saw us struggling and immediately checked the card room number and offered to help. He tried with no luck and confirmed it was not the right key. My husband went back to reception with key and card to complain. One of the staff came back with him saying it was room 408, he took us to that room and opened the door. He did not bring back the original card with him. We then went to bed without leaving the room again. After breakfast the next morning we returned to room 408 only to find we had been locked out. It was approximately 9.30 am. Fortunately there was a cleaner nearby who was able to let us into the room. This confusion led to a lot of stress, not very pleasant when you have had a long journey and we’re feeling tired. I complained to the staff on checking out on the next day. We asked them to take our complaint forward and they agreed they would do this. Although they were apologetic they did not seem unduly bothered. We were surprised that a hotel of this rating did not acknowledge our complaint. We would like the hotel manager to be made aware of our experience.

It was very isolated and quiet. Good for resting. The wifi was excellent

The host, Daniel, was amazingly helpful and his local knowledge and recommendations ensured we had a brilliant time. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. The room was clean, comfortable and cool.
