The food was DIVINE - we didn't feel the need to go out for lunch on a single night that we stayed there. We assume they must get locals eating there too - I know I would if I loved nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. There was a bit of confusion regarding our rooms (I'd recommend calling them directly instead of booking through booking.com, it makes amendments FAR easier), but the staff member I spoke to called me back after about 15 minutes to inform me that everything was sorted. Minimal fuss! The rooms could maybe do with a bit of updating, (I'm not sure if they're in the process of doing this already?) but they were perfectly comfortable and I slept like a baby.
Beautiful, peaceful accommodation and garden. With perfect hosts. Couldn't wish for better.. Thank you Linda and hubby. Loved the chickens, Roosters and flowers.. And the freshly laid eggs and homemade jam you gave us 💖☺️🤗🌹

It is not very touristy but a perfectly nice place if you find your self in the local area for business or visiting family.
Some excellent pubs and restaurants. Quite a good shopping area if you find you need anything.
Far nicer than Nuneaton.

The staff are really welcoming and helpful!
The staff are really welcoming and helpful! The quality of food in the restaurant was lovely will be trying the dinner menu next time I go. My second time staying I will be booking again! Sauna was not working but they seem to be improving the hotel since I last stayed did not make a difference to stay and experience.
Beautiful hotel, clean and tidy, only downside was service at the bar, we asked for a certain beer, we were told that they were too busy to serve that drink any more has they had the bar across they way…
In the evening we had to queue for approximately 2mins to get a drink, as this was the case we got taxis to another local establishment…
Breakfast room staff excellent very well organised, bar manager should take a lead from them …
Breakfast was good and had a good choice.
The room was a comfortable size for a party of 4 adults.
The atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful.
Staff were attentive and always willing to help where they could.
Dinner staff were the most friendliest and attentive.
Poor staffing levels. No full menu in restaurant. Food was like warm and way below standard for four star hotel. Very poor value for money the rate paid. A premier Inn was more value with better options
Great studio apt with free on road parking only a few minutes walk from Hinckley town centre. Apt very clean, comfortable, spacious and warm with all the facilities needed for a short stay.
A very busy, large conference-type hotel and just a minute from the motorway. Spacious room, and bathroom.
Excellent restaurant although a little expensive but the hotel is good value.
Hansom House was impeccable in every way. If you need somewhere to stay in or near Hinckley, you won't do better than this.
