Twickenham as a visitor is really all about rugby, in my view and the real reason to stay/ visit. However it is't far from Hampton Court which is a good visit and trips on the Thames. I'm not thrilled, however, about the parking which is remote from the hotel and seems not to have any security provision, which worried me whilst staying there. Some security guard/ CCTV access code arrangement would improve that aspect.

Comfortable, friendly, close to shops and restaurants.
Comfortable, friendly, close to shops and restaurants. Uber or Bolt was quick because it was on a main street. The food was great! I loved the decor and they have a large outdoor seating area for dining and hanging out.

The staff were lovely.
The staff were lovely. The suite that they upgraded us to would have been great on match days as we were almost right behind the goal.
The room was cold and we couldn’t make the heating work. We didn’t ask for help because we just snuggled in the comfy bed.
The worst thing was the mould in the shower. It really was dreadful. We were also surprised that there were no USB chargers anywhere.
We were woken up at 8am by the stadium staff moving some clanging metal equipment which wasn’t the most relaxing start to the day.
As we were only staying one night and came back late and leaving early we didn’t make a fuss.
I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re a big rugby fan and are not too concerned about quality or cleanliness.

I know Twickenham well but hadn't visited since the beginning of the pandemic. Super to walk along Church Street and feel a real sense of vibrancy with al fresco diners. Walked back to the Alexander Pope via the river and a bit of road - good to be back - plenty to see and do.
Great location right in the middle of Twickenham town centre. So close to bus stop and train, with M&S and Tesco a few doors away. I was only sorry I didn't have time to go across the road to the river. Very clean and well equipped apartment with everything we needed as a family. We would definitely book again when we come back to London.
We have stayed here multiple times. Its usually a nice hotel, quirky, walkable to Twickenham stadium.
Good evening meal with a lovely and helpful server. Nice bar and good range of beers.
Parking off street is available which is good for this area.
service good, breakfast great a bit crowded, Leisure facilities not opened in time before we needed to leave. It was really hard to find we actually passed it several times before seeing it was apart of the Twickenham Stadium.
Bar and restaurant were good with a good range of beers.
The balcony room was expensive but had a nice view.
Parking was good and proximity to Twickenham stadium makes this an ideal choice for matches.
Beautifully finished hotel. Everything was pristine. The beds were fabulously comfortable with really lovely bedding.
The mini bar was really well stocked and surprisingly reasonably priced
The room was big, clean and quiet. The hotel was spotless and the staff were lovely. Bar and food were good too. We had a fridge in the room, iron and ironing board which was great.
Location to twickenham Stadium is amazing, 20 min walk. Well presented & clean. All facilities you need. We stayed 2 nights but had everything required 4 a longer stay.
The host was lovely, really helpful and on hand if we wanted anything. Location is amazing for the Twickenham stadium which we we visiting and for the town centre.
