I really did not eat the breakfast that was provided. However, there was a variety of foods to choose from.

This place was awful, from used shampoo still in the shower from the last guest, being next to unlocked room that the door wouldn’t shut. To bed bug spray cans on that rooms floor, dead roaches in the windows, live bugs on the curtain. No vending machines, pool closed and disgusting. No fitness room, no breakfast like advertised. No running water in lobby or working bathrooms in lobby. This place needs to be off your listing because it now has me worried to book anything through you. We complained while there and sent you a complaint and have not received any good answers or solutions. I have photos of all this and more and I’m very disappointed that I have even received any response from the hotel and even though we were told if they didn’t do something you would and charge them nothing is being done.

Eating at the Hound & Broken Egg are a must!
Eating at the Hound & Broken Egg are a must! So many delicious options that are unique to the two restaurants. Drinks at John Emerald Distillery is a nice & relaxing experience for every one. Auburn has lots to do between sporting events, shopping, and antique stores. Lots of history in Auburn and surrounding areas.

I love coming back to Auburn, after graduating from AU in '89. The town has grown so much, but there is also so much more to do! The people are so friendly and it's definitely easy/enjoyable to walk in town. Lots of good places to eat and shop, and always a sporting event to attend. Momma Goldberg's is a must for a quick bite, and J&M Bookstore is a great place for an Auburn souvenir. War Eagle!!

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable but the floors were really dirty and they really needed to be mopped. I could not walk around barefooted. The young lady who checked us in was really great.
The Room was clean and met our needs and expectations as to value for the price. The Breakfast was disaapointing. There were two pans of bacon, assuming different but not marked. Juice machine had only two selections. I have been generally disappointed with breakfast in a variety of different hotels over the last year. Nowhere near to the level of pre covid. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel on the second morning.
We stopped here for one night so that my son could tour Auburn University. The room itself was as expected, clean enough. None of us tried the breakfast. Plenty of restaurant choices right in the area of the hotel, though. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even though they were very busy with a full house that night.
The staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was also super easy and simple. The rooms were better than I thought they'd be for the price. I'd honestly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Auburn for a night. I was worried after reading the reviews on Google, but everything exceeded my expectations.
Very neat and clean room. Almost all the amenities available. Have the option to wash and dry by your own, even though it is a common washing machine and a dryer. Staff also very nice. The property is very close to Auburn mall and your can find lot of resturants nearby, even a Walmart store in a walkable distance.
We have stayed in Auburn many years for events and never tried Holiday Inn express.
There were 13 family members and everyone, 5yrs to 70+ years, was very pleased! The staff were polite and helpful; the rooms were clean and comfortable; the breakfasts were AMAZING!
Our new go to hotel!
I love this hotel and stay every time I am in town here. It is quiet, clean and very comfortable. Staff is always very helpful and checking in and out is always easy. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Auburn.
We loved the breakfast. We were in town for AU homecoming and were very busy with events. The Auburn Lodge gave us a great location and was very quiet and comfortable for rest after our busy day!
We were offered a replacement room when we told the desk attendant that our room had not been cleaned. The hotel was also very close to AU, which is where we were going.
Very convenient location, next to I85. Clean and confortable. I've got the suit with the small kitchen, which I enjoyed. Perfect for a week work at Auburn
