We liked that we were at the quiet end of Panama City Beach away from the shopping and restaurants. We loved the ocean view and the sugar sand beaches. However, we had rip currents and stayed out of the water. The resort needs a lot of restoration work. It is deteriorating and the structure has crumbled away in various sections. Loved the beach 🏖️ it was so beautiful. The condo was situated in an area with quite a few businesses that you can walk to if you are so inclined. Panama City Beach is hit or miss depending on what your looking for. The west side is more family friendly. Its been a few years since Ive went and not smelled weed not saw thongs everywhere, but I guess these are the times. It still makes for a little awkwardness with the kids! The water always varies. You will not find more beautiful sand and beaches in the world. No water shoes needed! Please pay attention to flag warnings. The gulf is inviting but dangerous. Even if the water is like glass there is undertow that will pull out the strongest of swimmers. Most areas do NOT have life guards. This is Florida, but NORTH Florida so remember its still often chilly for spring break. The water usually doesn't warm until June but is pleasant until mid October. Traffic is usually bad during peak season so grocery orders, reservations and door dash are helpful!

We met by chance as high school students on vacation 54 years ago. Have been married 52 of those years and have not returned to Panama City Beach since then. The stay was a great delight for us both and the hotel a great part of a wonderful trip down memory lane!

Very comfy beds and clean sheets and blankets. The kitchen was good and balcony was breath taking. You watch the sun set with excellent view of the ocean. Only thing they did not have breakfast. If they would serve breakfast It would be 10.
