I booked a week before i arrived. I emailed them that I was traveling with 3 dogs to be honest and upfront. They emailed me about charging me for each pet. When I got to the property and checked in, I was given a piece of paper stating that the next morning the water was going to be shut off from 10 to 4 and that they would be coming in my room sometime that day to measure for window treatments. I was very frustrated that they didn’t let me know before when they knew these things were planned to at least let me decide weather or not I wanted to stay there with these things going on during my stay. I went and had a conversation with the manager and after telling her my frustration she told me i may be able to take a shower at another property. They should have emailed every customer and warned them about these things beforehand and they didn’t do that, they just handed a piece of paper out AFTER you checked in and charge you full price and extra for pets. This is not how you treat paying customers.

The hotel was clean and inviting and the suite was great. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices and was very clean. The staff were excellent. Unfortunately we did not utilize the pool or fire pit area however, they did look inviting.
