It’s centrally located, many things around, not far drive to multiple beaches or quick shot over the bridges to Tampa for Busch gardens or Adventure island. Jeff the manager is excellent with service even when he’s got a line of customers waiting to check in or out. The owner is awesome as well along with the rest of the crew who operate, and take care of it.

The location is great, is a very nice and charming neighborhood. The surroundings are full of wild birds. This particular area is home to wild peacocks, we were very excited to see them in the morning just walking by the street. Very beautiful. Breakfast is very nice and has plenty of options. The staff is extremely nice.

The staff went out of their way to meet our needs. I have never stayed anywhere that had such welcoming and helpful staff. It made such a difference. I am a nervous traveler, but everyone worked so hard to make my trip relaxing.

Locks on building and doors to room were horrible. Room was a bit dirty. Breakfast great. Staff good. Elevator was not working. Outside lights to hotel not on at 7pm(dusk). No outside lights and had to put paper in car not to tow. Alternate door to get in hotel not locked. Lock to room did not lock unless you fiddled with it. Feeling of being unsafe.

I actually live in this area. I work at a hotel close by but cannot stay on that property per hotel policy. I love pinellas county Florida and that's why I live here! Plenty to do, everything is conveniently located for quick shopping trips or just doing laundry, close to many beaches and the parks are awesome! This place far exceeded my expectations.
This place far exceeded my expectations. In fact I was wishing I could just live there! Lol The staff was unbelievably nice, Everything was so clean, It was convenient to so many different things and places, I definitely will be back. Staff weren't very helpful called the front desk to tell them roaches were in the room and the staff said the manager will be back in the morning. Pool was closed and not worth the money. I don't even know if breakfast was included ...which I wouldn't have eaten anyway due to seeing roaches in the room.

Pinellas, Clearwater and Largo FL is for poor people. The tennis courts are nice and the people are humble and sweet. The drivers are aggressive and will flip the middle finger. Two Walmarts are there and all the restaurants and supermarkets are there. The roads are wide and modern. Pinellas Park is what Florida vomited out. It is so dirty. It looks like the City has no intentions of ever making anything good out of it. We are in the year 2020 and the place looks like it's stuck in the 80's.

The location was good, about a fifteen minute drive to some of the important spots. We went to downtown St Petersburg, Indian Rocks Beach and they were fairly close.
