Room had everyting as advertised and lots of little places to stash belongings so the suite did not become cluttered. The bed was comfortable, sheets were crisp and clean, the kitchen was very handy.

The room was amazing the beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. I traveled with my children and there was an issue where one stopped up the toilet and the service to get it repaired was quick and easy.

Came in town to attend a funeral. Had drinks at the hotel bar. The bartender Cheryl was so incredibly friendly and kind. She was a bright light to our trip!

The hotel and the staff were nice and friendly but the hallways and the elevators were a bit dirty. The breakfast buffet lack things depending on the hour. It was not great.
They do not clean your room just take away the trash and you have to ask for clean towels.
It was not what I expected. A bit disappointed.

Burlington is located within a half hour of most places in Boston, an hour or so from beaches in Rhode Island, or heading north, the beaches along the Massachusetts north shore. The city itself has a mall which we didn't visit, an excellent variety of eating establishments. If you like Thai food, one of the best places I've been is less than ten minutes away and is called Lana Thai. It is small, in a converted dining car with great atmosphere, and deliciously fresh food.

Pleasant town; not far from Boston.
Pleasant town; not far from Boston. It offers alternative accommodation for the visitors to Boston who would like to save on the hotel cost and at the same time enjoy the time away from the hassle of the big cities. In any way, you can be in Boston in 20 to 30 min by car.
Walking around in the mornings and evenings is also very pleasant; especially during the time of our stay (mid August) .

It is a nice town & a lot of eating options. The seafood restaurant we chose was Surf & it is highly recommended. Research Groupon first for a trolley tour, they are overpriced going through the actual venue. Be prepared to pay for parking everywhere you go in the city of Boston.

I was disappointed with the room and the hallways.
I was disappointed with the room and the hallways. The place was filthy. The couch was torn up and the cushions were covered with a white sheet to hide it. The arms of the sofa were filthy as was the stained carpet. The place smelled like wet dog. The tile grout in the bathroom was broken and the tiles were loose. The halls smelled like smoke and there were unsavory characters roaming the parking lot.
It was plenty big for a family of 4 or 5, I really liked the size, and the beds were comfortable. However, I wont stay there again.
The hotel was nice and comfortable despite the currently renovation running on the ground floor.
Staff are Friendly and well knowledge on the Front Desk (special thank you for Nick )Room was clean, beds and pillow very comfortable. Location is very close to the shopping center but the hotel is in very calm area what we like the most you can sleep deeply. We liked so much our stay with the family and will rebook again when visiting Boston.
The location was very good for the purpose of my stay! The room was overall very good and quite spacious. It was great to have a fully working kitchen available in the room, equipped with all the necessary amenities. A big plus was the extremely well-functioning WiFi — a service which is not always available for free in U.S. hotels.
We used to live in the area so needed a place to crash while exploring our old haunts. Very happy that there was a way to book the pool for the kids so they got a break. Because of our travel timing, we needed breakfast and orders went smoothly; we would have used this service on the weekends too but it was not available yet.
I tried a bunch of other budget hotels in the area (work trips), and this the only one I returned to more than once.
Warm, responsive and helpful staff.
clean, spacious & comfy room
Pet friendly hotel
Nice location, nearby a lively pleasant commercial center
Can work from room (satisfactory desk, chair, wifi, outlets)
Booking.com gave me a great rate, but the hotel... was EXCELLENT. I usually book a discount brand, but this was a Great value, even after paying for the breakfast(25pp). Which included chef prepared omelets and waffles instead of those diy offerings at the discount brands.
Close to Burlington Mall and Middlesex Commons ( walking distance) friendly staff , comfortable bed, clean room, loved the breakfast, quiet location, fast check in/out. I was very satisfied with my stay and next year definitely return.
We were attending a family event at a restaurant next to the hotel so the location was ideal. Our room was ready when we arrived, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. Morning breakfast had a nice variety.
The hotel was close to the mall, restaurants and the highway for easy commuting to the city.
The fromt desk staff I encountered was helpful and did a great job assisting all of my questions amd requests.
Very good hotel. Front dest staff is very friendly and informative. Good breakfast and fitness. Sufficient parking space. Location is a bit far from Boston. You need a car to reach hotel.
Location is good, lots of restaurants are nearby. The Bancroft is a good choice. It is also close to the Burlington Mall if you need anything. The cocktails at the hotel bar were good.
The rooms were beautiful and so spacious having two bedrooms& two bathrooms! Having a full kitchen set up was awesome! The patio area was so cute and enjoyable in the fall weather!
Room was clean, bed was super comfortable and the continental breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Loved that it had a small kitchen area which was very convenient.
