The property from the outside is nice and welcoming. When I spoke with the rep, she was nice. Once we entered our room, it looked great until we examined our sheets which were dirty. My family member went downstairs to inform the rep and her kind behavior switched to a more annoyed attitude and treated my family member with disrespect. Another family member had to go down to inform the rep that the room has 4 people staying there, but we were only given 2 towels. We had a hard time obtaining clean sheets for both beds and additional towels. The next morning, I was able to speak with a different rep named Deanna, who was kind enough to assist us without an attitude.

This was a very comfortable and easy stay as we traveled from North to South Florida. We were the only guest, so everything was very quiet and had the bathroom to ourselves! It was nice that we had an air conditioning split system so we could control Our air comfort. The neighborhood was quiet. we appreciated that there was a little refrigerator so we could put a few things in to stay cold overnight.

We had just returned from a cruise and needed a hotel for 2...
We had just returned from a cruise and needed a hotel for 2 nights before our flight back home. I have never stayed in a hotel like this. You have to ask for a coffee pot and hair dryer if you want them, you have to take out your garbage to a room down the hall. The ice machine didn't work but the lady at the desk got some for me. It was very clean and nice but the beds were a bit firm for me. Lots of places nearby to shop and eat. It is not easy to get around Sanford, too many divided streets that require you to go several blocks to make a U turn to go back to where you wanted to go. Very frustrating.
