I have to say, the only good part of my stay was the restaurant. The food was average, but it was better than everything else. I tried to leave the hotel early and asked Booking.com if I could get a refund for my remaining nights. But neither the hotel nor Booking.com ever replied to my messages.

We stayed here for two nights before traveling to Bali. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and a very nice shower. We ordered room service and one of our meals was not good and they took it off of our bill, which was very kind and generous. it was a great location

This is our second stay this summer. We appreciate the clean, comfortable hotel and the full board option as the buffet is delicious. The pool is excellent as well but everyone smoking around the pool is terrible for families trying to swim. The beds are very comfortable. The shampoo is just body soap so bring your own.
