We played three public golf courses in the area with the following rating: 1. Golf Santa Ponsa 1 was the course we liked the best. Has hosted several Europen Tour events and had a nice atmosphere to it. Nice course surrounded by well maintained properties. 2. T-Golf Calvia. Very "posh" with a nice Country Club feeling. Very expensive but a very well maintained golf course. The Club house was marvellous, but the surroundings lacked some atmosphere. 3 Golfclub de Bendinat. OK golfcourse, but located in a valley where a golfcart is recommended!

Santa Ponsa is a beautiful area with a fantastic beach. The best thing we did was take a trip on the catamaran . Buses frequently to Port Andraxt which is a nice day out . Favourite place to eat was Xaloc expensive but well worth it if you want a special dining experience . What spoils Santa Ponsa is the hordes of partying groups and bad behavior from a minority of these . It is such a shame that they have allowed the above to happen, we won't be going back again .Can't recommend it for any of below

Santa Ponsa is very clean people are friendly and there is plenty to do perfect base to see the island or if you want to just relax on the beach you can. We have been going to Santa Ponsa for 12 years now and we are never short of things to do. It’s great for families couples and solo travellers there is something for everyone. Apartment Felt comfortable. hotel area has green surfaces (grass, few palm trees, flowers) which is nice. Hotel area and swimming pool is closed off from the road so it feels safe when you are staying in with family.

Besides having very comfortable beds and a balcony with a nice view of the town and hills, the rooms had been recently renovated. Every day, the room was cleaned, and all of the staff from the bar to the reception to the cleaners could not do enough for us. The hotel is not located directly on the beach, so you will have to walk a few minutes to reach it.

The singer in the evening was excellent. Menu show gin and tonic for example 6.50 and if you go for a UK brand 11.50! The block we stayed was a little tired and certainly not 4 star but then we did not pay 4 star prices.
