Columbus is one of the safest towns to stay overnight in Georgia. Plenty of handicap parking and well lighted. We arrived late for an overnight stay enroute to Hilton Head. Dining options were crowded due to Friday evening activities. A Steak and Shake one block away filled the bill for us . The highways into / out of Columbus were in excellent condition and scenic👍💥

There were a number of things wrong with the room.
There were a number of things wrong with the room. Let’s start with the bed the comforter had stains one appeared to have been detergent the other unknown I didn’t realize it until I took the top sheet off. A lamp in the room was broken the outlets they provide on the tables are lose and don’t hold your charger.
Bathroom- The shower had hair in the drain, an open bar of soap and a random shaver cap. It wasn’t properly cleaned The drain stopper wasn’t even in the drain but on the floor or the tub. The towel hook is coming off the wall. The rack they have over the toilet was rusted and definitely needs to be replaced.
The toilet barely flushed the sink didn’t look like it was cleaned.
One good thing is they have a refrigerator and a microwave both looked clean, the Wi-Fi was easy to connect too I was able to use my fire stick. House keeping kept knocking on the door even with the do not disturb sign on the door handle. The AC unit needs to be cleaned but it worked so that’s better than nothing. I booked that hotel because of the price it was affordable and because of the pool, the pool was not open which is something they should have told you prior to booking the room, I mean it’s July in Georgia it’s hot and gross outside a pool would have been nice to use. The ice machine was broken and it smelled like urine.
Good things about the hotel is that is its just a few minutes away from the airport which was great, the staff was friendly at least whoever I spoke too. They do have vending machines but those are located where the ice machine is and it smells. I can’t say I will ever go use them again. It is a privately owned hotel apparently so the owner needs to stop being cheap and upgrade the rooms, hire better cleaning staff as well or make sure the rooms are checked.

For the first time I have stayed at this place I was not impressed with all the places that were sent up for people to set around and get intoxicated but no where designed for smoking or children to be intertwined and only one day was the pool used by 2 people besides my family and for the price all of us paid it wasn't nothing worth it.to sit around and just talk with the family we had to go outside and sit and watch a building being put up.will not recommended to any one else

Nice location. Plenty stores and eateries.
Nice location. Plenty stores and eateries. For a military family the hospitality wasn't so great, welcoming, and respectful. Longhorn steakhouse wasn't very full, first meal for my Army soldier to have on the day of his graduation. The managers weren't very nice and wanted to seat us where they wanted which we explained we'd need more room to eat comfortably!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! The with Famous Footwear weren't friendly at all no friendly faces or customer service worth coming back for. The only reason I put up with it my son needed running shoes for going back to base. All shoe shops were the same. Very angry especially when I work in customer service and great all my customers equally, respectfully and go beyond to make their experience better for their needs.

We were in Columbus for a graduation at Fort Benning.
We were in Columbus for a graduation at Fort Benning. We spent majority of our time on base - but enjoyed the trip. Especially the trip to the National Infantry Museum. Wish we had more time in downtown Columbus. It looked very quaint, and almost seemed like our home town of Greenville, SC.
The property was out dated, at the front door the floors as you entered the door was cracked and broken, all the carpet was very dirty and old, there is a old stale smell throughout the entire hotel. The fridge in the room was rusted and dirty on the outside. The beds wasn’t comfortable at all, ironing board was broken, there was stains in the tub and countertops.
We had the opportunity to meet the owner for the second time as we have stayed there before. He is such a kind and approachable individual that made us feel special and invited us to return at no cost to us.
Very seldom do we see the owner of a hotel that's so friendly, and making the guests feel welcome.
We love Columbus.
For the price, there is nowhere else better in Columbus. Clean, well furnished rooms very close to Ft Benning for 20-30 bucks less than other similar properties. One of the best values anywhere. The courtyard is nice. Breakfast better this time with real food. The previous 5 stays were grab and go.
Nothing, it was hot in the hotel itself it was hotter in the elevator our room air conditioner smelled like mildew, everyone was rude and nasty and I don't ever want to come back and if I do it will not be at that hotel I'll be going to the Hampton at least they're nice there!
The hotel is Within the city limits, is clean the stuff was fairly nice. BUT!!!!!
The lady at the front desk told me she upgraded my room because I was unhappy about the parking situation, and SHE DEFINITELY LIED I got the SAME ROOM I BOOKED! lol what a joke.
The hotel was conveniently located off the interstate. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was actually to my liking and comfortable. It wasn't too hard or too soft. I liked the style of the bathroom sink. I liked how cold the air conditioner was.
The room was clean, beds were comfy, location ws perfect, very quiet and safe. We have no complaints and would stay here again. The front desk gentleman James was very helpful. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. Pancakes oatmeal fruit. The usual.
We arrived at 1 am and the staff was helpful in finding us a room we booked using booking.com. It was right across from the base entrance. It was quiet. Well lite parking lot.
tiny but clean room
you could open the window and sit on the bench and chill!
Located at the interstate but very quiet
very friendly and helpful staff - thanks La Quisha!
The room was exactly as presented, was clean and had a very quiet a/c. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again😊
Continental breakfast was good. Front desk staff was very pleasant. The location and the room we had were pretty good to for the price. We stayed only one day.
