Stunning location, just off the ship canal and perfect access to the lake walkway. Two wonderful restaurants just a walk across the parking lot. Even in the driving rain they were easier than moving the car. Beds and showers excellent. Quiet. Ok breakfast. Upon leaving, it is easy access to highway and shore drive.

Room was clean. Smells good and very spacious. Design is modern.
Bed was soooo comfortable I had a great sleep.
Bathroom was modern. Very clean well stocked.
Breakfast was amazing. So many options and taste good. The dining area was always full of food and the staff were non stop cleaning, organizing and refilling food.
I appreciated the free hot drinks like coffee, tea and hot cocoa. And the flavored water at the lobby.
My check in was fast.
I like the bonfire at the front of the hotel.

Lots of options clustered in canal park so it's walkable, rich history and Baytown culture. Sun worshipers and leafers beware, the low elevation and Lakeshore means more overcast days and later peak colors than the surrounding areas. Plan accordingly.

Duluth is a beautiful city with a gorgeous coastline. The drive along the North Shore is nothing less than Spectacular!
I loved the canal area with all the restaurants and shops. It was fun to see the big ships and the aerial lift bridge.

I would not visit Duluth again.
I would not visit Duluth again. Although interesting sites available to see. I found Duluth to be congested with traffic. The streets dont make sense. Hard to get to the tourist stops. The city just didn't make any sense how u get into Duluth at the start.

Duluth is a wonderful place to visit.
Duluth is a wonderful place to visit. They have things to do for families, friends, short or long visits. Must visit Canal Park, Lift Bridge, Enger Tower, Miller Mall and Rose Garden. Lots of restaurants, Fitzer, Grandma's and Perkins too. Talking walks along the shore, skipping rocks or just enjoying the fresh air will help you sleep better. The kids will love the water, trains and a visit to Split Rock Lighthouse and Gooseberry Falls.

We enjoyed Canal Park , Glensheen, and eating at Clyde's Iron Works and Grandma's. We drove along the North Shore to Gooseberry Falls and ate at Betty's Pies. Would recommend all of these, but not when the Canadian fire smoke is so dense you can hardly see the lake! Getting around was easy but don't follow Mapquest directions!
Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but I liked it. This hotel is close to the Miller Hill Mall, but far from Lakewalk or Downtown, so it depends what you're looking for. Duluth is not that big, though, and you can get anywhere shortly - there's also a bus stop very nearby (and a Subway!!)
I want to thank the crew there, they were very friendly, and they are doing their best! Special thanks to Kelly from the front desk, she was very kind and helpful!!!
They have a fantastic location, you can walk anywhere in Canal Park; the building is really neat, I like the warehouse vibe; the swimming area is fantastic with pool, sauna, hot tub and kidding pool. Breakfast is good, they have a lot of options. Parking voucher for the lot across the street. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Its a dog friendly hotel, too.
The room had more amenities than we expected, including a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Even though the hotel was full, it was quiet. The location is great. My wife was shuttling me each day to the Superior Hiking Trail because of the lack of camping in the Duluth section of the trail, and this worked out so well. The staff was friendly and helpful.
This was probably the cleanest and quietest hotels we have ever stayed in, and extremely convenient to everything at Canal Park. Breakfast was fine as well. Parking was convenient and available in front of the hotel, which was a plus with Canal Park as parking comes at a premium. We would definitely stay here again.
Located a short distance over the lift bridge in Canal Park, the property is relatively new and the rooms were clean and modern. Lots of parking. The included breakfast had plenty of good choices. The room rate was a great value compared to the other properties in the area. Staff were friendly.
Everything was conveniently located. I needed gas and food and 3 Quick Trips were around the area. One was open late night for my late arrival to the hotel. Room was clean, comfortable, and warm on a chilly night.
We really loved our accommodation however, we didn't get much time to enjoy it. Next time we will set some time aside to enjoy it. It was rather expensive for just a place to sleep. Our fault, not yours.
Location was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. View was great also very nice hotel I would recommend it to anyone going to Duluth. Only problem was the mattress very hard
